Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological trajectories through 2026 using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains: quantum-AI convergence, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, ethics, and business teams on future scenarios
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on the societal impact of 2026-era technologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness and adoption curves
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Champion responsible innovation principles across all future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-technology
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation governance
