Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and technology trends through 2026+ using quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state capabilities
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2026 market needs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on tech ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech
- Published thought leadership on future technology scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and systems modeling tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
