Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to produce strategic foresight reports for executive leadership
- Design scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future consumer behaviors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs for early-stage technology scouting
- Develop patent strategies for emerging IP in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Create KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI for future-facing initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization pathways
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or technology impact assessments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., ACIF, CPS)
