- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Produce annual Future State Reports with predictive modeling and risk mitigation protocols
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and leadership teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across the organization
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method, Horizon Scanning)
