- Produce thought leadership reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global future-focused forums and industry summits
- Mentor teams on foresight methodologies and adaptive strategy implementation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic trend mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into scalable business initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFTR) preferred
