Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 industry roadmaps by analyzing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-economic trends
- Design strategic frameworks for clients to navigate disruption and capitalize on future opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to align organizational vision with future capabilities
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on future scenarios and their business implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnerships for 2026 readiness
- Advolve stakeholders through compelling narratives about future possibilities and risks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published thought leadership
