Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and operational planning
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for technology adoption curves and market disruptions
- Present executive briefings translating foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and innovation partners
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFIP) strongly preferred
