Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and maintain Horizon Dynamics' 3-year innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities in next-gen tech
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
