This role blends data-driven foresight with creative strategy to position our clients at the forefront of the next technological revolution.
As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to develop 5-year roadmaps for AI integration, sustainable tech adoption, and human-machine symbiosis. You'll present findings through executive briefings, whitepapers, and keynote presentations at global forums.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Design strategic frameworks for clients adopting quantum computing, biotech, and neurotech
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for board-level executives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation goals
- Build proprietary forecasting algorithms using machine learning and big data analytics
- Represent the firm at Davos, CES, and similar thought-leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, PESTLE, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong command of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, D3.js) and executive presentation abilities
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
