- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biohybrid systems, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions with 3-5 year market deployment horizons
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings on geopolitical, climate, and demographic megatrends
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints to incubate 2026-ready business models
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Proven track record translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
