Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to build predictive models for 2026 market landscapes

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with business objectives
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on disruptive innovations and their competitive implications
- Design innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify future acquisition targets
- Present foresight findings to board members and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or future scenarios
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology trajectories
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio of foresight projects or published futurist work
