Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and forecast market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure long-term technological ROI and competitive advantage
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate breakthrough technology commercialization
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating complex R&D into market-ready strategies
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences and thought leadership platforms
- Published research in futurism or technology innovation (journal/conference)
