Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-positive infrastructure
- Analyze global mega-trends (demographic shifts, resource scarcity, AI governance) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, ethicists, and policymakers to align innovation with human values
- Produce evidence-based scenario forecasts using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technological adoption, societal impact, and ethical compliance
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and other future-focused thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technology domains (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum computing, AGI)
- Published thought leader with peer-reviewed research on technological singularity or human-machine convergence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
