Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future-scenario roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Author predictive intelligence reports with 85%+ accuracy benchmark
- Design innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate resilience
- Adv executive teams on strategic pivots and future-proofing initiatives
- Build proprietary trend-sensing algorithms using proprietary data ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or technology innovation
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on 2020s transformation
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodology
