Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Reports with quantitative trend analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Create predictive models for climate adaptation and smart city infrastructure evolution
- Produce thought leadership content for C-suite executives on 2030 readiness
- Manage a portfolio of 15+ innovation projects with $2M+ annual budgets
- Represent the firm at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic recommendations
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Shell, RAND)
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
