Responsibilities
- Identify and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through proprietary research methodologies
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes across 5+ industries
- Lead high-stakes strategy workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-proof initiatives
- Author white papers and predictive frameworks adopted by 50+ enterprise clients annually
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and innovation hubs
- Present foresight insights at Davos, TED, and global innovation conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Proven track record of influencing $1B+ enterprise strategy decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in AI-driven prediction tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience with cross-cultural futures analysis across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful 5-year strategic forecasts
