Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech domains
- Produce high-impact executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for future-readiness initiatives across all business units
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Champion innovation culture through mentorship and future-focused internal programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D with proven future-vision implementation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented future strategies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
