Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Produce annual 'FutureState' reports for C-suite executives with actionable strategic recommendations
- Facilitate cross-industry symposiums with MIT, NASA, and World Economic Forum partners
- Design ethical innovation roadmaps balancing exponential growth with planetary boundaries
- Mentor junior futurists in our 'Tomorrow Leaders' accelerator program
- Integrate quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-symbolic AI into strategic foresight workflows
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural scenario planning in APAC/EMEA markets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Security clearance for government-level strategic projects (preferred)
