Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data from quantum computing, biotech, and AI to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, decentralized economies, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, ethicists, and designers to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs for C-suite on regulatory shifts, workforce evolution, and market discontinuities
- Represent our vision at Davos, TED, and industry summits through keynote presentations and white papers
- Build an innovation pipeline securing $10M+ in R&D funding for future-facing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-translation projects for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in quantum computing basics, synthetic biology, and AGI ethics frameworks
- Track record of securing future-focused patents or policy-shaping initiatives
- Experience leading global teams across 5+ time zones in matrix organizations
