Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive future states
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human augmentation and AI governance
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy experts
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving 2026's most pressing societal challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with data-driven insights
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term technology adoption
- Portfolio of published futurist work or patented innovations
- Global perspective with cross-cultural collaboration experience
