Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, and renewable energy convergence trends
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario modeling experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
