- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-ready innovation
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Advise on ethical implications and regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, patents, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic modeling methodologies
