Responsibilities
- Architect long-term strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate tech convergence points
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive market shifts and competitive futures
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI governance and human augmentation
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and future-focused global forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with portfolio of 2025+ vision projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies and S-curve analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (min. 3 exits)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and demographic megatrends
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to inspire C-suite audiences
