- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning the company as a futurist authority
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring strategic foresight initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future-vision into tangible product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven experience in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term technology commercialization projects
