Responsibilities
- Architect multi-generational tech roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro interfaces
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives identifying disruptive technologies with 5-15 year adoption curves
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI governance and autonomous system deployment
- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D investments with 2026 strategic imperatives
- Chair global think tanks on sustainable tech futures and climate-positive innovation
- Author white papers positioning Innovatech as the thought leader in post-digital transformation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on 10+ year roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 50 boards on exponential technology adoption
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum machine learning, brain-computer interfaces, or decentralized AI
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio of implemented future-proof strategies with measurable ROI
