Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state digital roadmaps
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technology paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for next-gen technologies
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future studies methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (portfolio required)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and futures forecasting software
