Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging tech trends and market shifts through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with company vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product development plans
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI ethics, space tech, and sustainable development
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of accurate trend prediction and scenario planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence analysis
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or impact projects
- Global network of 50+ industry futurists and academic partners
