Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into product roadmaps and business models
- Conduct horizon scanning on emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-AI, neuro-interfaces) and market disruptors
- Design and implement organizational resilience protocols for systemic risks and black swan events
- Present future intelligence briefings to executive leadership and board members with actionable recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and global innovation ecosystems
- Mentor innovation teams in adaptive strategy methodologies and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing and scaling corporate innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi technique, backcasting)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills translating complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies or strategic innovation
- Professional certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
