Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain the company's 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration
- Oversee experimental projects in quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching game-changing products/services with 5+ year vision
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption (HBR, Wired, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-vision initiatives
