Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify 2026-relevant technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author quarterly 2026 Impact Briefs for stakeholders, quantifying future market opportunities
- Champion agile experimentation initiatives to validate future-forward concepts
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor senior leadership in anticipatory intelligence methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented work (e.g., trend reports, scenario plans)
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within enterprise environments
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, system dynamics modeling)
