Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, sustainable tech)
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational adoption of innovation methodologies (design thinking, agile futures, systems modeling)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with proven impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
