Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies

- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
