Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on technology forecasting
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Proven track record scaling R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of blockchain, AI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (STEEP, causal layered analysis)
