Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating next-generation products with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of emerging technologies through proactive governance frameworks
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to pilot 2026 innovations
- Present future-vision insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 tech solutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and researchers
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, human-computer interaction, and exponential technologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds exceeding $50M
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
