Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategy through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead ideation workshops for next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with VPs to align 2026 innovation roadmap with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team
- Produce thought leadership reports and present to C-suite and investors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in futurism/innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech domains
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience leading global teams in fast-paced environments
