Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with design, engineering, and strategy teams
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports for industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior futurists while driving thought leadership through keynote presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or trend forecasting projects
