Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to predict societal shifts and industry disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to align strategic initiatives with long-term vision
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven insights
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and validation cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Python)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist methodologies and innovation frameworks
