Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology adoption curves and diffusion of innovation models
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficient in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT)
- Certification in Futures Thinking preferred
