Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizations through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-gen products and service models
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and executive briefs on disruptive market forces
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping of emerging technology applications
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Experience developing strategic scenarios for Fortune 500 organizations
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, ACAS)
