- Present foresight findings at global tech conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for experimental projects with measurable societal impact
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Portfolio demonstrating work on AI governance, climate tech, or human-machine interfaces
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and futures forecasting software
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent training
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
