Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight frameworks to executive leadership and investor forums with data-backed scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining a cutting-edge research agenda
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercialized products or policy frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back innovation projects
