Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups and partnerships
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, tech forecasting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
