Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-enhancement) to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and immersive technologies
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen products and business models
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots for post-2025 market landscapes and regulatory frameworks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and venture capitalists
- Author white papers on societal impacts of emerging technologies for industry summits
- Drive implementation of innovation KPIs measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological convergence scenarios
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing strategies
- Certification in Futures Research Methodology (e.g., AC/SCIP)
- Portfolio demonstrating translation of foresight into commercial innovations
