Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and paradigm shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Partner with innovation labs to prototype and test emerging solutions (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends and their business implications
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with startups, academia, and research institutions
- Drive adoption of AI-driven foresight tools and predictive analytics frameworks
- Lead strategic workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
