- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and futurist think tanks
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for post-2026 market disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in technology forecasting and emerging trend analysis
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Strong visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFP, APF) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
