Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and R&D priorities

- Present visionary scenarios to executive leadership and investment committees
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate emerging startups
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in strategic thinking and trend anticipation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Foresight, Strategic Foresight)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
