Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop quantitative scenario models forecasting industry evolution under multiple futures
- Architect client-specific innovation roadmaps integrating Web4.0, quantum adoption, and climate resilience
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight insights into strategic priorities
- Build proprietary trend databases using machine learning and human intelligence fusion
- Present findings to global stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping future-state business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
