- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework, aligning with long-term strategic vision

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of launching future-facing technologies to market
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional strategic communication with executive stakeholders
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
