Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast 2026+ market trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks that position Horizon Innovations as an industry disruptor
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts, academic partners, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into actionable product development and business strategy initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
