Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with 5-year predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential industry disruption
- Design and execute innovation sprints with venture partners and academic institutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and ROI
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in next-generation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused initiatives (post-2020)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent foresight methodology
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- PhD or Master's in relevant STEM field or strategic foresight
